Were back in the swing of things after a well earn’t Christmas break. During that break we had more time on our hands to work with some close friends/team riders on there boards and to refine some of our models for 2015. The likes of Jack Freestone, Alana Blanchard and our newest team member Sean Kettle, a fresh young talent coming out of NZ were all seen in lineups riding there A C S O D’s.

For Jack we did 3 Ghosts. Two of them 6’0 and one 5’11. The Ghost has really transformed from a step down performance shortboard into a well rounded performance short board. Jack rode the Ghost in all types of conditions from small windy D-Bah to a very crowded but good Snapper and it continued to performed in everything.

The dims for his Ghost from left to right:

6’0 x 19 1/4 x 2 3/8 – vol: 30L

6’0 x 19 1/4 x 2 3/8 – vol: 30L

5’11 x 19 1/4 x 2 3/8 – vol: 30L

For Alana we thought we’d do up and fun fish for summer so we made a 5’7 x 19 1/2 x 2 /14 – vol 26.30L Sex Drive for the smaller conditions.

Last but not least, Sean Kettle. New to the A C S O D team we did “Ketsy” a Splinta, Ghost combo. The Ghost once again proved to perform in all round conditions. The Splinta is basically our ghost model with more rocker so you can fit into steeper parts of the wave face, which is exactly what the model did. Performing good in all waves 3ft and up that had bait more shape.

Sean rides:

5’9 x 18 1/2 x 2 1/4 – vol: 26.28L Splinta

5’9 x 18 5/8 x 2 1/4 – vol: 26.28L Ghost
